Rainy Day Blahs

Oh, sure, we know – April showers bring May flowers. All we know is April showers bring Rainy Day Blahs. But that is not our only complaint. Wait until you see what we discovered.

rain

Sigh. Look at all of that rain.

Hu-dad likes to point out that we have these large covered porches, so we stay nice and dry. (He also likes to point out that the covered porches have ceiling fans so that we stay cool in the summer, too.).

nap all day

Guess we will just nap all day.

Hu-dad might even point out that napping all day is exactly what we would do if it was sunny and clear, but that is simply not relevant to our discussion today.

grumbling

All of that grumbling from outside is making it difficult to nap in the Hu-dad’s study.

Frankie inside

Wait just a minute. Why is Frankie inside?

The wonderful life of the Chez Herd battalion warms my heart even more than usual after having spent a fortnight volunteering my help at our local Animal Welfare Society kennels ( Greyton, South Africa) where the back stories are heart rending! Thank you for being a world class canine Dad!

Mom sez: Hmm, two missing. Where are Ty and Cheoah? Does this have anything to do with Frankie being inside?

Uh oh what happened to Frankie?
