Whew. A whole week’s worth of Valentine’s Hearts for the Herd posts! Makes you wonder what have we been up to while that was going on.
Yes, we had a beautiful weekend. Sunny, blue skies, a dusting of snow. Ok, we would have preferred a blizzard being Siberian Huskies and all (and the fact that we have not had much snow this year at all – booooooo!), but we will take what we can get and go hiking.
Fortunately, this particular trail is right beside our house. It is a horse trail in the summer months, but we have it all to ourselves in the winter. Just perfect for a little family walk around the “neighborhood.”
Hope your week is off to a good start!

Canine Kitchen Flood
March 19, 2023
One of my dogs had an accident which resulted in a canine kitchen flood. No, no, not the way you just imagined. He’s more creative than that.
Way Back Wednesday
Each week, we reach back into our vault of over 4,700 previous posts and share a favorite. We hope you enjoy this look back.
I’m not sure, but I THINK I see just a glimpse of what MIGHT be Ty’s nose just above the end of Frankie’s tail!
Yay! Hiking!
Okay, I don’t see Typhoon at all in the first picture – what am I missing?
Monty and Harlow
Chuckling – yes he is barely there. Look at Frankie’s tail and you will see a bit of a black, Typhoon head. He just would not participate in the picture taking.
