Rest of the Story

Yesterday, we posted this picture on our Facebook Page.

sweet and innocent

The sweet and innocent picture.

Now, let’s show you the rest of the story.

action time

Enough of these cute pictures. Time for some action.

faces behind my back

Are you making faces behind my back?

get her

Get her, little brother!

We are sorry, but there are no more pictures because a giant indoor game of “tackle-wrestle-bitey face-body slam-tag you’re it” ensued and hu-dad felt trampled.

Those pups – hope you weren’t hurt too badly. 🙂 Also, the collection of vases behind the dogs — what are those? They look so interesting there has to be a story behind them! (Always love the glimpses of your beautiful home).

Ayla’s hu-Mom sez: Just wondering if it ever gets beyond the fun stage, and erupts into a “for real” issue? It’s happened the odd time with just Ice ‘n Ayla, when one decides enough is too much, and the other isn’t ready to call it quits.

BOL – it is bad enough when our two dogs engage in bitey face – I can’t imagine what it would be like for your herd!

A Shark Attacked My Best Friend

June 20, 2025 - In honor of the 50th anniversary of the theatrical debut of the movie Jaws, the film that was the inspiration for these events, D. K. Wall recorded the story in audio and video. The original story was posted on October 9, 2022.

A shark attacked my best friend when I was 11. His screams were awful. The silence that followed was worse. I was alone in the ocean.

Enjoy it your way
