Why We Hike So Much

We are often asked why we hike so much. As a long-time Siberian Husky owner, hu-dad is a big fan of Rule # 1 – A Tired Sibe is a Good Sibe. But they say a picture is worth a thousand words. This was taken shortly after we returned home yesterday from our morning hike:

    Our 2 Elkhounds love to go for walks. Unfortunately this time of year in Fla. they have to be late in the evenings and short. But come winter back to the long walks and hikes.
