Ruby Tuesday – Exercise

Ruby 1

In any exercise program, it is critical to get your form just right. Note the compact nature of this starting position.

Ruby 2

When you are ready to execute your move, you need to stretch your legs out just so. It is ok to take several minutes to get this position correct.

Ruby

Using this proper form, you have now executed the flip.

Ruby 4

Now you just hold this position for as long as you are comfortable. Don’t rush it.

Absolutely priceless, Ruby! The only piece of furniture me’n Ice are allowed on in our house is the hu-Mom & Dad’s bed, and that works pretty good, too, except there’s nothing to “wedge” up against for support.
