    Hey Tartok, Jet here.

Couldn’t agree with you more. When I first joined Mom’s forever family, I escaped Casa Jet. Mom finally rounded me up 45 min. later 2 doors down (after a swim in the canal) hovering over a BBQ or a deep fryer, which the day before held a turkey! I was licking the oil splatters… something about Thanksgiving….

Me’n Ice have one of those on our back deck, too! Our hu-Dad is really good at making great smells come out of it, and it occasionally even gives bones if we’re lucky.

Helene (To The Tune of Jolene by Dolly Parton

September 25, 2024

As soon-to-be Hurricane Helene grows in the gulf, it seemed appropriate to parody the classic song “Jolene” by Dolly Parton.

P.S. - When Hu-Dad wrote this post, he had no idea how bad Helene would be.
