Ruby Tuesday – Good to Be Home

On our Facebook page, we alluded to an errand that the hu-dad had to do early Saturday morning without The Herd.  Yes, you heard us correctly.  The Herd was left at home on a Saturday morning while the hu-dad took off in OUR Jeep.  We thought there was no possible excuse for this behavior until we heard the mission.  It was a rescue mission.  Well, sort of.  Our cousins, Tartok and Ruby, were at the Dog Hotel while the hu-grandmom went off to play with a grandson.  So, the hu-dad went to pick them up so that they could welcome the hu-grandmom home when she arrived across the valley at The Herd Annex.

Tartok - This does not look like our usual limousine.

Ruby - Don't knock it. This ride is taking us home.

Woo - our own porch and yard!

Thanks for the ride, hu-dad.

Now just wishing for the hu-grandmom to be home soon.

P.S. – Don’t worry.  She was home a short time later and was mobbed by a very happy Annex Herd.

The hu-dad wants to shout out a very Happy Birthday to his own dad.  Cheoah got to visit with him some Sunday and carried best wishes from all of The Herd.  Happy Birthday!

Give the hu-Grandad a birthday hug or big wish from all of us!

Having the Welcoming Committee there when you get home had to be a real plus for the hu-Mom.

    Kisses,
    Stella
