Sleeting Saturday

Remember last Monday when we were showing you the view on a clear day?

Yesterday was a very different day with clouds, fog, sleet, cold and wind, so you can not see the distance ranges to the left of our favorite tree.

But you can see that Cataloochee Ski is now skiing about 3/4 of the mountain.

Cheoah and Kodiak don't care about the views - just the wrestling time.

Looks cold, but still lovely view! My friend in Raleigh had a dusting of snow. We had flurries and cold wind!
Happy Sunday to you and the pups,

I love the intent look on Cheoah’s face, like, “Dude, you look ridiculous on the ground like that.”

I think wrestling dogs takes priority over views, anyday! Most especially if they are gorgeous sibes!

Where’s Rusty? The red team was wrestling and he wasn’t in the middle? Was he sitting nearby prim and proper?

Sleet is no fun. Maybe it’ll be snow today!

    • D.K. Wall on December 5, 2010 at 7:06 pm

Rusty – prim and proper? Are you kidding? We don’t really remember what he was up to at this moment, but his one rule of paw is – never follow the rules. The corollary would be never do the expected.

Sleet doesn’t hurt a thing when you have a warm, luxuriant coat to keep you warm and dry. Lucky dogs!

Very clever, Rottrover. Lots of fun for the pups, no matter what the weather. Hope you see some snow instead of sleet – and us too.

Oh, the weather outside is frightful, but shoving my brother’s so delightful…
