Ha!!! Abby always did that too, before she was gimpy but on walks she does still try to hike her leg!

We read that the alpha wolf female will hike her leg to get her scent up higher than the other females. So, maybe Kiska is trying to send a message……

Sometimes to get ahead a girl has to just “man up” better than the other guys!

Okay. We’re VERY impressed. VERY impressed. (Mom’s not too thrilled with us picking up that ‘talent’ but I think she’s safe, as the only boy dog we associate with on a regular basis squats… Yep. We RULE the backyard!)

What’s that old expression? “P____ on the rules”!

  18. Mogley G. Retriever on November 22, 2010 at 11:36 am

You did the right thing on that rule sign. No rules! We are freedom loving dogs, we can’t be restricted when it comes to geese, feed them lots, we need them to be fat so they are slow.
