Long Day of Hiking

After a long day of hiking, our tongues are hanging.

And that results in serious napping time on the drive home.

And Kodiak's pillow does not seem to be moving on him.

As we were approaching the house, the humans looked out and saw this sunset. What a great ending to a perfect day.

I suspect that your tiredness did not last as long as the Hu-Dad would have liked! I’ll bet you rested on the way home and then were all ready for pizza bones!

Great pictures. We love to hike, too! Well, I do, Mack doesn’t…..
You all must have hiked far for the tongues to be that long.

When my tongue is hanging out that far, I’m looking for a river to jump in. Did you find one?

I bet after that long nap you were all ready to go, go, go when you got home! At least I would have been……..

  26. Pamela on September 20, 2010 at 7:50 am

Just how many miles does it take to get those tongues hanging out? And can you measure how far you’ve gone by how far the tongues hang down?
