Ruby Tuesday – Featuring Tartok

Tartok innocently sleeping

What are you eating there, Thundering Herd Hu-Dad?

Would that be apple pie?

Mmmmmmmm - That smells really good.

But I am really not tasting the pie - just the TV remote.

Nope, not tasting anything at all.

Ruby - Sheesh - He is such a goody, two-shoes.

You are such a good boy, Tartok, according to Grammy. Us Pup, though, are with Ruby! Give US the pie! The Country Corgis

  2. Kari on March 31, 2010 at 7:10 pm

  3. Sagira on March 31, 2010 at 6:47 pm

You guys are so cute. Did the remote taste good?

  4. Mochi on March 31, 2010 at 6:03 am

I hope Tartok got to at least lick the plate! Apple pie is the best thing ever! πŸ™‚

I’m glad you were all secured during that accident! I have a seat belt, but your seat belts look much better. I’ll have to talk to dad about ordering one for me.

    Bed Vs Food

Not sure which one I’d pick…

    OK, Food then Bed

    Food and Bed

    Food, on the bed!

    Brilliant

I wonder if a remote tastes anywhere near as bad as TV programming…

  7. Twinkietinydog on March 30, 2010 at 11:25 pm

Tartok is being so gentle. Linguini would be on top of the table by now. I read yesterday’s post and I thank you for doing such a wonderful job educating us. The video had quite an impact on my too. I’m ashamed to say, we haven’t figured out the safety while riding in the car 100% but we’re working on it.

OMD, I love the tongue on the remote. Let’s be honest, all the good stuff is stuck on there! πŸ˜‰

  9. AC on March 30, 2010 at 10:54 pm

Only apple pie could awake such a nap. I don’t think I’d have the will to resist that face.

  10. Dennis the Vizsla on March 30, 2010 at 10:51 pm

Did the remote taste like chicken?

  11. Roxanne @ Champion of My Heart on March 30, 2010 at 8:48 pm

Hmmm… pie. Ginko uses the Oh-I-Love-You-So-Much ploy … hey, look, a plate!

  12. NCMountainwoman on March 30, 2010 at 7:53 pm

Somehow I don’t think anyone will call Ruby a “goody two shoes.” Can’t believe she missed the pie.

  13. Siku Marie, the White Dog on March 30, 2010 at 7:42 pm

So Tartok, did you get pie? How could hu-dad resist those eyes, that innocent look, those wonderful party manners!

  14. Lorenza on March 30, 2010 at 7:17 pm

I am not so sure the remote control tastes better than the apple pie!
    Kisses and hugs

  15. Elmo & Mouse on March 30, 2010 at 7:08 pm

Nope, there is nothing wrong at licking a tv remote! πŸ™‚

  16. Mimi & Cabana on March 30, 2010 at 7:04 pm

I think Tartok just became my favorite. That white face with blue eyes and pink tongue–and a grey X marks the spot. And I know he didn’t eat the pie because there’s a fork on the plate and dogs don’t need forks. How’s that for keen detective work?

  17. The Army of Four on March 30, 2010 at 6:27 pm

    Apple pie! Yum!
Did you get some, Ruby? I mean – yeah, I see you laying on the bed and all, but did you get yourself a snack later?
    Ha woo.
    Luv,
    Dave

  18. Lucky Luke on March 30, 2010 at 4:19 pm

Wow, Tartok… Apple Pie and the plate is still in one piece! You are the very well behaved!

Ruby sure look pretty lollin up there on the big bed!

    wif love from the Luke

  19. Huskys Rule on March 30, 2010 at 12:39 pm

we think Ruby devoured the pie & is now on the bed ready for a nap with a full belly!!!!!!!!!

You, Hu-Dad, have a Mom that makes you apple pie! Woah! I wish I did.

I agree that the Star Quilt is most beautiful, and my Mom said I wouldn’t be rolling on it if it was hers. What do you make of that?

    Kisses,
    Stella

  21. Mack and Mia on March 30, 2010 at 10:47 am

You are a goody two-shoes too…I mean technically…I mean it’s not like YOU at the pie!

    Wags and Woofs,
    Mack and Mia

  22. Cheryl, Indiana, Shingo & Molly on March 30, 2010 at 10:37 am

That looked like a great nappie!!

We think we would have tasted the pie, instead of the remote!!

    Woofs and Kisses!

  23. Kit on March 30, 2010 at 10:35 am

    Yum, apple pie!
    Yuck, TV remote!

  24. Rocco on March 30, 2010 at 7:01 am

You know what? I would have attempted to thieve the pie, though I expect Ruby already got some!

  25. Sonic on March 30, 2010 at 5:13 am

Hey guys! I’ve got an award for you waiting at my blog! Please do go and receive it soon!
