Class and Clowns

Kiska with her long flowing fur in the snow and wind.

Close up showing that wooly fur.

Always important to look good.

Hey, no pictures. A girl has to shake the snow off.

She is just thankful she is not hanging out with these clowns. How often is Rusty the normal one in this crew?

Such beautiful fur kids. Sigh… You are lucky to still have snow, so enjoy 🙂 I bet your Mom is getting tired of it though!!!

Look, I’m a bit of a clown myself. I love the synchronized red team. But I have to tell you that I laughed my tiny head off with your comment on the demolished flowers I posted today! “trampleus alotus”??? You have a way with words.

Kiska, you are a lovely girl and we can see that you need your floofy fur for the weather!

There’s a first time for everything, Rusty! And Kiska, I think you look beautiful ALL the time.

Kiska is just so regal. And whatever is going on in that last photo? Did Rusty put something in the other reds’ water?

and i love Kiska’s wooly coat. i love the long furs on it. she probably wouldn’t care for me much… i’d constantly pet or pluck her! Juno hates to be plucked!

A rare moment indeed! Roo-Roo NORMAL?

  14. Stella on March 16, 2010 at 11:29 am

Kiska, you are such a rare beauty but your coat never looks as heavy as your compadres. Are you warm enough all winter? Could you get through that subzero sled pulling stuff of Alaska?

    Kisses,
    Stella

    You know my dear
My father used to say to me
    “Nando, don’t be a schnook
    It’s not how you feel
    It’s how you look.”
    Yoo look mahvelous!

Kiska looks so regal and dainty in that first pose. And, the redheads more than make up for their lack of daintiness with their antics.

Ooooh! Love that picture of Kiska shaking out the snow – wonderful! Incredible that you still have so much snow! The Herd looks great in all the white stuff though and we’re sure they don’t mind it a bit! Beautiful country!

Those are dramatic postures in that last photo. What did they see – a monster?? And, Rusty acting the most normal – the world must’ve started rotating backward!

  20. Jeanine on March 16, 2010 at 9:33 am

    Relatively speaking, normal? Hahaha!!

  21. houndstooth on March 16, 2010 at 9:10 am

Hey! Don’t be picking on Rusty!

  22. Zoe on March 16, 2010 at 8:56 am

Kiska is one beautiful pup, and certainly more dignified than *some* huskies. But I still like Rusty best!
