I would really like to try this technique, but unfortunately, my backyard is just full of mud and no snow.

I flashing you my snow face right back at ya. Now do you roll and slide to the right to the right then to the left to the left? followed by a dip

So cute! Love when they shove their noses in the snow!

Kiska is right, definitely have to have fun. TD tried to do the slide but we just didn’t have enough snow. Phantom really is a house pup – he wasn’t too impressed with the frigid cold we had today – he just wanted to be inside:(

I’m so jealous!!! My mom is actually over here muttering about not wanting snow! I think she’s lost her mind.

Now, we are really getting upset, we may have to talk to Stella and get her to order us some snow. All that snow was supposed to come here is RAIN, and it is freezing – not FUN!!! Once again, “they” are saying snow tonight but forget it, it will never happen. We just have to continue enjoying it vicariously through the Herd.

Sled dogs are snow go together like peas and a pod. What great shots!

Marge does like snow, but I guess she wasn’t prepared for it yet. Some icy rain/sleet was coming down while she was out there, too, so I think that’s why she was so pset about it.

I’m hoping for a blizzard this year, much to the dismay of just about every one I know, because playing with her outside in the snow really is a blast.

I wish I could be there to enjoy the snow with you!

I like Natasha’s hunting in snow technique! 🙂

Happy snow day!!! We actually got some snow here, but I haven’t been able to go do snow zoomies yet, because I am supposed to be on a leash unless both Mom and Dad are with me. (Dad, wake UP!!!) I’m studying your technique, though, so I’ll be ready to not get snow up my snooter.

Love the snow up the nose!!!

  17. Stella on December 8, 2009 at 9:20 am

We ordered this snow for the Herd and while its a little less than what we requested, we are glad its enough to Play in! We are working on another order for all of us and hope it arrives soon! Ordering snow is a touchy business at best!

Giggling funny photos! My dogs believe that they need to look dignified for photos, so they stop sliding and rolling if they see the camera come out. You’re lucky to have goofy dogs who allow silly photos.

Oh good, i was hoping you’d show us how to have fun. We were going to have to google it!
