Captain Maverick

We apologize to anyone who could not get to the website yesterday afternoon.  Our host crashed around 3 pm EDT yesterday and did not get service restored until well after midnight.  Queen Natasha the Evil says it has nothing to do with the fact that everyone else got to walk in the Rescue Parade and she did not.

We did get to meet Captain Maverick – how cool is that?  (And our dad had his camera unlike the day we ran into Marco Polo and Thor.)

And we have to tell you, Captain Maverick’s humans could tell the greatest stories.  We were just enthralled with the tales!

And we were very well behaved during the Rescue Parade, much to the disappointment of long time Thundering Herd fans (and relief of hu-dad).  Oh, well there was that little SHCA table incident with Cheoah.  Did we fail to mention that?  We were standing near the table talking to people when we suddenly realized that Cheoah was not sitting beside the rest of us.  She wanted a better vantage point.

Hi.  Any treats on you?

Wait. A. Minute. You’re telling me that Natasha, who “allowed” you to rescue 5 other Sibes and has since watched over them and has kept them “in line” (well, for whatever that’s worth… “her” line), that SHE could NOT walk in the RESCUE parade? Did she or did she NOT allow you to rescue those other 5 sibes? Me thinks there’s some SERIOUS discrimination going on regarding who is part of rescue team and that discrimination involves # of peds who “get to walk” with rescued pups.

Way to get yourself kicked out of the joint Cheoah! wooo!

Obviously Cheoah just wanted to see if she could find any other blogging Sibes! You can’t tell who’s who from the ground.

Very cool that you met the Captain. I can tell that you were totally interested in his mom. Did you also meet Lisa-the-mean? Did she live up to her name?

So upsetting that they made you look bad by being good. I know that Z and I are soooo goood all the time so I start to wonder what my humans are writing about us since you obvously spread such falsehoods regarding the thundering angels!.

It’s nice to know that Cheoah didn’t disappoint me but I still would have liked to hear that Qannik watered a judge.

My mum laughed so hard she nearly fell off her chair at Cheoah. That’s so funny!

Mrs Cecile must be so fascinating to have all of you entranced like that!

I was beginning to think it was my ‘puter that was busted! It wouldn’t take me to yesterday’s comments, but today is OK.

I’m glad your pups are ‘mostly’ behaving themselves and look forward to more stories when you get home.

    Kisses,
    Stella

I khan only imagine the tales being spun ’round the story furmation!

Does Rusty realise he’s been one UP’ed?
