It’s just the opposite around here. Except in winter, we rarely leave home on weekends because the best places are just too crowded. Being retired, we have the luxury of taking weekday hikes. We also prefer winter for hiking. Snakes are gone, less underbrush for ticks, etc., and much better views of some of the rocky outcroppings. AND fewer people around.

Getting close. Maybe the humans need to take a day off so the weekend happens sooner.

    Enjoy the wait, Kiska.

Urgh… I know why we need a calendar… we need to know when we will FINALLY get 100% of our parents’ attention! I can’t wait till Friday!

By the way, your ‘disappointed’ look is so cute!

You guys don’t need a calendar to know when it’s the weekend … just watch for the days when your humans seem very relaxed and/or sleep late. 😉

A wristwatch wouldn’t hurt either. Like when I say Walkies in an hour, supper is Always at 5pm, my bedtime is at least an hour or two later than yours.
It would be good for a dog to have a point of reference.

    Kisses,
    Stella’s Mom

Kiska you look so pretty in those pics – so regal

yes we do need calendars – mommy actually keeps one on her iPhone especially for woodrow – he is a therapy dog and goes tons of places.

hope the weekend comes real soon – thanx again for all your assistance

We don’t need no stinkin’ khalendars!

It is the HUMANS that do!
