Weird Winter Weather

Mother Nature seems to be having a very hard time deciding the seasons at the moment. Wednesday morning, this is what our world looked like:

Snowy Driveway

We have shown you our hu-dads weather station once before and it shows that this week was nice Siberian weather:

Weather Station

To translate, that -4F temperature equates to -20C and that -9F wind chill equates to -23C.  Karen Ramstead might call this a warm day, but we thought it was just perfect.  (Which is just our cute way of working in that we are really excited that we are actually going to get to meet Karen because she is coming to a symposium in May with our good friends at Siberian Husky Assist.  We have followed her for a long time on Sibernet-L and her blog and think this is cool.)

Back to the weather.  Why do we say it is weird.  Because our forecast for today is a high of 58F (14C).  Somehow, we are thinking that our beautiful snow is going to turn into beautiful mud.  So we leave you with some pictures from yesterday:

Oh no! The snow thief came to your house too? That is just awful. At least you have some mud to play in.

Oh yes! This weather is as strange as skhwirrels and MOST khats!

I had to spend time in the sun AND my last remaining snow so The Snow Thief didn’t take it. I did keep my eyes on two strange men with kharts, bags, and metal stikhks…
