Rise and Shine

A Rooster appears on the horizon.

Checking the rock out for possible games.

Hmmm, I have an idea.

Concentrating on climbing up.

Are you ready for it? Have the camera ready.

Take that K and R!

A tip of our hat to our friends K, R and KB over at Romping and Rolling in the Rockies.  Get better K.  We have our paws crossed for a full recovery.

*****     *****     *****     *****     *****

Yesterday, our friends over at Wandering Spirits Kennels lost not one, but two beautiful dogs.  We can only imagine the pain and grief and ask that you take a moment, go to this link, and read the beautiful tribute to both of them.

Rusty laying on a ROCK? Was there no furniture nearby?

Thanks, DK, for sharing the story of your friends at Wandering Spirits Kennel and their terrible loss of two dogs. The dogs are no longer suffering, that is the only good part of this.

K and R applaud you Rusty the Rooster!!! Loved the series from lying down to the proud pose on the rock! And, you actually did two poses, one looking at the camera and the other in dignified profile!

Going to visit Wandering Spirits. I cannot imagine the depths of what they’re going through.
