Wet Wednesday

Do you think Natasha is walking beside a lake? The ocean?

Nope, just part of the "field" that is submerged in our tropical vacation.

Not that the Herd is slowed by a little water.

Good thing you guys don’t melt in the rain like my sister Star thinks dogs do. Sure does look wet there.

Your dedication to holidaying even in the middle of a flood is very impressive.

Hope you are having a great vacation even though you have lots of water around you. We love to play in the puddles. The Hounddogs

Looks like our yard back in New York before I dug that French drain 150 feet through the clay. I was covered in mud that whole summer.

So sorries that you hoomans are encountering so much wet stuff, but we are certain that the Herd doesn’t mind so much. Also read about the dead batteries yesterday – oh dear – that has happened to us whenever we REALLY, really want cool pix. Dang – hope the weather cheers up a bit – we also love Norwood’s comment heheh!

That “swamp” looks pretty fun, but I bet it made for humid weather. The Herd didn’t want to splash through it?

I was hoping for your sake that maybe the storm predictions were wrong. I guess not. There was a story about your rain on NPR this morning.

Keep on hiking! The dogs don’t mind it and neither do you! I once rode out a hurricane on the Outer Banks when I was about 10 years old (I can’t remember its name). It was a vacation that I never forgot.

We are laughing at Norwood’s comment! We can just see the waters parting for the Queen! LOL.

I think the Herd would prefer an Arctic vacation, right?

    Kisses,
    Emma Rose
