No matter how guilty he looks, Roscoe claims he’s not up to nothing—which might mean he’s up to something.

Hu-Dad’s attention was on the rest of The Herd when he spied Roscoe slinking across the yard. When questioned, however, Roscoe claimed looking guilty doesn’t mean he was guilty. Of course, Hu-Dad pointed out that doesn’t mean he’s innocent either.
