Rainy Thoughts

Showers, fog, and gloom have enveloped Asheville the last several days, so Typhoon shares some rainy thoughts.

Philosopher Typhoon - rainy thoughts
Philosopher Typhoon

Why has our warm sunshine abandoned us this week? How many puddles can I splash through during our walks? Why can’t I dig giant holes in the mud just because the clumsy humans fall in them? Will I be subjected to the towel again rather than being able to share this glorious rain wherever I shake? Why is Hu-Dad pointing a camera at me rather than feeding me treats?

Do you remember Saturday Night LIve and “deep thoughts by Jack Handy”. He was an actual writer on the show. I use that sometimes and substitute my dogs thoughts for the saying.

Typhoon-I cannot answer about the sunshine BUT IF the HU-Dad were to fall in one of your holes-maybe the walks wouldn’t be possible! Shaking rain all over the house is messy too. As far as your treats-I’m sure you get many!!!
