A Different Hiking Destination

Like everyone else, we can sometimes get bored with the routine afternoon walk, so Hu-Dad proposed a different hiking destination for this weekend.

We are blessed with some terrific places to walk around our house, but sometimes you need a little variety. We decided to take some different trails this weekend.

Since when do mountains have lifeguards? And sand?

We seem to have veered well off our normal paths and exploring quite different territory. Don’t worry, though, we love the change.

The trail seem to have gotten quite smooth, flat, and wide.

Yep, it looks like The Herd has escaped the mountains for some sand and surf.

    What does your crew make of little sand crabs popping up during a beach walk ? Ours will dig to China after them…..
