Taking Advantage Of A Moment Of Rare Sunshine

Friday afternoon featured something we have not seen in a while – rare sunshine. Rain started back Friday evening, so we had to take advantage.

We had an actual break in the weather with some glorious sunshine Friday. We are under no illusion that it will last as our weather forecast is for several days of heavy rain, three inches or more at last prediction. And, of course, our temperatures will be well above freezing, so no chance of some fun fluffy, white snow to make all of that precipitation fun. So we took advantage of the short amount of sunshine available and found strategic spots to soak it up.

P.S. – Hu-Dad has promised an adventure is coming, so stay tuned to see what we are doing next!

It looks like a road trip is coming. We’re having winter time cabin fever too.
