Hu-Dad aimed his camera at Qannik last night while enjoying some porch time. The request was simple – capture Qannik being serious for just a few minutes. How hard could that be?
While Qannik is bigger, he shares many similarities with his younger brother, Typhoon. That would extend to his desire to rarely be serious about anything. He lets his sisters Natasha and Kiska handle the heavy lifting of being a part of the seniors among the Herd. Instead, Qannik believes in just having fun.
So, Hu-Dad’s request to express seriousness was met with the usual grin.

Wings of Doom
December 12, 2024
A simple nightly routine with my dogs led me to face the wings of doom, a hideous creature that lurks in the shadows of my yard.
Mom sez: Qannik certainly looks as though he understands every word, too!
Seriously adorable!
Oannik you have such a boootiful face!!! Love the Mr. Serious look! But I really love that smile ????????
Ok that last picture is amazing, truly you should win an award
Dare I ask how many pictures you took to get it?
Qannik loves working the camera, so Hu-Dad took a total of about 15 pictures to get the three photos we used in this blog. Others in the Herd are somewhat less cooperative.
