Yes, we are off on our annual Spring Break Beach Week 2016 at Huntington Beach State Park in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina!
Yesterday, we traveled from Maggie Valley to Murrells Inlet – a mere seven hour ride of in the S-RV (Siberian Recretation Vehicle) which went by quickly with us singing our favorite songs! Though, for some odd reason, Hu-Dad was not quite in the same singing spirit as we were. Shrug.
Hu-Dad strangely thought it would be good that we take a nice long walk as soon as we arrived at the campground, so that is what we did. After the walk, we hung out on our picket line for a while, had dinner, and prepared for a restful night of sleep in the S-RV.
We did point out to the Hu-Dad that it is supposed to snow at the house today. Can you believe that he thought this would be a perfect week to be at the beach? What is up with that?
While we have left the snow at home, prepare yourselves for a week of posts about our vacation week at the beach.

Wings of Doom
December 12, 2024
A simple nightly routine with my dogs led me to face the wings of doom, a hideous creature that lurks in the shadows of my yard.
Your picket line must attract the attention of the entire campground.
We have a few people stop by and say hello. 🙂
Hot Dog!!! A wonderful week of vacation shenanigans ❤️
Isn’t Murrel Inlet where the Siberians of the South are from? If so are 6 all gonna meet up with those 3 and hang out?
Yes, and we have walked with them before. They are a very fun group and their humans and nice.
