Dealing with Winter Weather

Saturday was one of those cold, rainy, foggy days that we often get in December. No problem, we are rough, tough, sled dogs used to dealing with winter weather. Right, Qannik?

Oh. hi. Hu-dad, yes I did notice that it is a nasty day outside.

Being of sled dog heritage, that cold weather doesn’t bother me at all.

Now don’t bother me while I take a nap.

    Qannik, your ancestors may have been sled dogs, but you look more like a pampered pooch to me! In fact, I strongly suspect that you & the herd are some of the most pampered pooches of all time. Perhaps you better go sit in Hu-Dad’s lap & give him many kisses!

    Sabo the German shepherd does the same he has explained he is not avoiding the cold he is doing Me a favor by warming the seats
    They are so thoughtful our big strong dogs
