Battle of the Footrest

We try to explain how supremely confident Queen Natasha the Evil is, but often fail to find the right words. As the old saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. So here is what happened when the hu-dad and QNTE shared the couch – and the hu-dad dared to extend his feet. Let’s just call this the Battle of the Footrest.

Battle of the footrest

I don’t care if you were here first, hu-dad, I can stretch out all I want.

Well played Natasha! Subtle but clear in meaning. Could not have done it better myself!

Holly collie is the same, do not invade her space! She will get up with a huff and stomp off, and cursing us under her doggy breath!

*sheesh* C’mon hu-Dad, have you not learned by now that the Queen is the Queen, and you are just a mere human servant, not worthy of touching her toes?

HaHa! When Gracie or my Lab Lilly use to lay on the couch I always loved when they slept by my feet or next to me in bed but I wasn’t allowed to move a inch or they left the couch or bed..
Lilly would give a short snarly noise and a real dirty look.

It is so Funny to see the Queen Natasha’s look in her eyes and the way the Queen is refusing to move her legs for you! I really wish they could talk… Why do they not want our feet near them?

I one upped my furbaby’s once. I tried to lay next to them on their doggie beds and they looked at me Like I am crazy! You have to try that once.. Lay On The Queens pet bed or Favorite Place she sleeps.. Watch what she does….<3

Ayla sez: Looks to me like the hu-Dad’s feet make a perfectly good foot rest for The Queen.
