Oh *Frankie* is doing the Morning Stretcheroo’s and Preparing by exercising deep breathing = yawning… Sort of a dog sit up = Streeeetch out and get the leggies moving…
I think Frankie is ver Health conscious!
Now Me-Gracie I do the streeethces to get my legs ready for my morning moves..
My sis fur Molly is blind now but she does what our Hu Mom calls the *Hunchie-Hunchie Kitty Kat* Yes Molly stretches like a cat and Hunches her back up and then stretches her legs.
Every dog has their own particular exercise routine..#1 is The *Hunchie Hunchie Kitty Kat*
#2 Franke does the Yawn and double stretcherooo and Then #3 The Most Popular is The CircleSize !! is a exercise that people don’t get… Circling any thing be it the furniture, car or just because.. It is a ritual that us dogs must do to make sure that the room isn’t spinning. Humans just don’t understand that circling thing. HuMoms and Dads need to try it… Until Then Hu Moms and Hu dads are baffled by The Circlesize..
I think a dog Video made by dogs for dogs would show all the Doggie exercises that can and are performed for optimal dog Health. Us dogs know what our body needs to perform all the tasks
Humans expect from us.. Yep! we have to keep in shape for the humans, Cause they just don’t get it..Sorry but thats all I can bark about today as I have to go lay in my Hu Moms car for a few hours!. Why dogersize is important one must Just ask Frankie.. I bet he can explain his routine if you listen..;)

I didn’t yawn – but the stretch made me feel like getting up and stretching! LOL…but just writing about the yawn just made me yawn.
This is Ayla’s hu-Mom tonight, and yes, I yawned. Ice ‘n Ayla have both already gone to bed for the night!
I yawned! But then it is 1:20 AM! Lol
