Roscoe may be the official timekeeper to ensure we’re never late for fun activities, but His Royal Highness Little Prince Typhoon Phooey sometimes insists its walk time way early. When Hu-Dad suggests the Little Curmudgeon might be mistaken, the look of disbelief is unleashed.
