As the leader of The Herd, Frankie Suave says he can see everything the youngsters do from his perch on his lifeguard tower.
Frankie Suave has claimed the top step at the back door as his own personal domain. It may not look very high, but he says it’s the perfect lifeguard tower to watch the younger dogs in the backyard. Not that he plans on rescuing them or stopping their antics, but he sure can watch them.
