Why Are We Inside?

On a pretty spring day, Hu-Dad ignored Roscoe’s subtle hints to stop work and go play, so now he is just openly asking, Why are we inside?

The long morning walk was hours before. The mid-day yard time has come and gone. Now we are waiting on the long afternoon walk, but Hu-Dad is consumed in his busyness. On this beautiful spring day, Roscoe’s look asks the question we all wonder, “Why are we inside?”

    Roscoe P-I can’t answer that question because I don’t know how much MORE Hu-Dad needs to do with his busyness before he can take you for your walk? BUT I could NOT ignore those beautiful eyes of yours for too long!
