Hu-Dad succeeded in turning in his latest novel to his editor (sort of on-time if you don’t count the delay because of moving back to Asheville), so he was able to clean his desk (some). A simple nightly routine with my dogs led me to face the wings of doom, a hideous creature that lurks in the shadows of my yard.
