His Highness Little Prince Typhoon Phooey has added a new vocabulary word to our lexicon—rejectile.
As you know, our Little Prince is subjected to a pill-taking routine every morning. Sometimes, he takes his four pills willingly, but many days he expresses his displeasure at such indiginities.
Tuesday morning, he took his first three pills without a problem but decided the fourth pill was not happening. He rejected that pill with an amazing projectile fired over the Hu-Dad’s head and landing halfway across the room. A rejected projectile = rejectile.

Wings of Doom
December 12, 2024
A simple nightly routine with my dogs led me to face the wings of doom, a hideous creature that lurks in the shadows of my yard.
having a good time playing catch up. we’ve had a horrible ice storm for two days.
lost lots of trees and limbs. and electricity out.
this happy little pill tale was perfect for an old tired body like myself! LOL! xoxo
With Typhoon around, there’s never a dull moment!
I love Typhoon.
Our Maya has to take pills also to her displeasure at times also. She doesn’t spit them across the room but holds them in her mouth eating whichever disguise we’re using to drop it back on the floor after enough time has gone by that you figure it’s gone only to find it on the floor. Furkids!
We used to have a mixed dog Casey hewho had various issues that also needed pills for. Sometimes we would spend LOTS of time trying to get him to swallow and after quite a while-as you say-there’s a pill or two-laying on the floor! BUT he was a big boy and lived to be almost 16 so each time we gave him his meds were more than worth the time.
My Siniy has to take pills twice a day. I can literally hear her saying “pa-tooey” as she spits her pills 10 feet into the air!
Oh Little Prince-this post had me laughing early this morning. A NEW word-rejectile!!! Hu-Dad is only giving you those pills so you feel good!!
