Frankie Suave At The Sentry Post

With rainy afternoon, Frankie Suave decided to hang out in the sentry post—known to the humans as the covered porch overlooking the salt marsh.

We took our afternoon walk a little early yesterday because rains were moving in. Normally, our dinner is served as soon as we are back from our walk, but Hu-Dad suggested that meals would happen by the clock. While the rest of us protested the unfairness of such a decision, Frankie decided to use the time to watch the salt marsh.

Don’t worry, we finally wore Hu-Dad down and he decided to serve our food (though he claims that time had simply passed, but we like to think we make such things happen). But as soon as dinner was discussed, Frankie diverted attention from the marsh.

Frankie does take his sentry duty very seriously BUT the word DINNER supercedes the sentry watching of the birds!
