Oyster Landing Sunset

Our walk Sunday evening took us on one of our favorite routes and to our favorite destination where we could enjoy an Oyster Landing Sunset.

Pretty cool spot to watch a sunset, huh?

Part of the state park that wraps around us is a boat ramp called Oyster Landing. During low tide, lots of people head out into the marsh to harvest oysters which is how the place gets its name. Since it’s a simple walk from our house, it’s one of our favorite walking routes and we arrived just in time to enjoy an Oyster Landing Sunset.

Wow, that's a beautiful sunset.

Oh, sure, Roscoe is looking east and might be more focused on a bird than the sunset, but the humans enjoyed the brilliant colors of the sunset.
