Capturing Typhoon’s Attention

Hu-Dad was working away in his study when he realized something moving outside the window was capturing Typhoon’s attention.

Who are they?

Who are they?

One of the horse trails for Cataloochee Ranch goes in front of our house, so it is not unusual for horses and riders to traipse by. Horses are quite interesting, of course, but Typhoon is not riveted by our equine friends.

Yesterday, a group of hikers went by. Now hikers are not too unusual since a horse trail makes a good walking trail, too, at least as long as you watch where you step. But these particular hikers were accompanied by a couple of canine pals who were darting to and fro. We rarely see other canines up by our house, so that was certainly attention worthy.

Don't worry. I will watch them until they are out of sight.

Such focus, he looks very solemn, was there barking at the interlopers?

When I see Typhoon looking outside, in these pictures, and I know the reason why… I think he’s thinking… “Hmmmmm… new neighbors, perhaps? I wonder if those kids like to play?” *haha*
