Boom Boom Bobbling Balance Bit

Landon (aka Boom Boom) has quite the fondness for being on top of things like a picnic table. A rocking chair, however, created a bobbling balance bit.

The look he wanted.

The look he wanted.

Being on the ground on the picketlineĀ is ok, but Landon much prefers a higher location for scouting the campground. With his squeaks and squawks – noises for communicating he wants something, Landon convinced the Hu-Dad to let him sit in one of the camp rocking chairs. Unfortunately, the rocking part was somewhat unexpected.

Let me dig claws in your knee for balance.

Let me dig claws in your knee for balance.

After a wee bit of effort – and quite a few spills from the chair, Landon finally achieved the cool look he was going for.

Don't doubt me, humans.

Don’t doubt me, humans.

Mom sez: Well, if he’s like most Huskies I know, he’s nothing if not persistent. Remembering how our beloved Ayla used to spend hours trying to make a tennis ball balance on the rung of a wooden kitchen chair, and she DID it, quite a few times.
