Kiska’s responsibilities extend beyond Chief of Security and Head of Fun Police. She leads choir practice several times every day.
As we have explained before, Hu-Dad insists that we sleep inside at night. We are safe from wild creatures and don’t break into raucous songs in the middle of the night. So when we go outside at 6 a.m., we are ready to greet the sun with our happy song. Miss Kiska leads, but we all happily join the festivities.
Showing photographs of singing demonstrates some of the fun, but you really need to see and hear us for the full effect. What better subject for Film Friday than Morning Choir Practice.
Hu-Dad struggled with the editing process on this video. For some odd reason, every time he would start playing the footage, we had to race in and sing some more. Safe to say that we helped more than the usual amount in this production. Notice at the end of the video we even received special musical credits.
For that same reason, Hu-Dad anticipates that many of you will have reactions in your own household. Feel free to film those and past them as a comment to our YouTube video, or our Facebook or other social media page.
Enjoy our music.

Wings of Doom
December 12, 2024
A simple nightly routine with my dogs led me to face the wings of doom, a hideous creature that lurks in the shadows of my yard.
Good to see the queen ! Lovely voices !
As I played this video, my bagel hound sat next to me staring at the computer and cocking his head just like the old RCA dog. 🙂
I agree with some of the others….I miss the sounds of the morning choir. I love these guys as I’ve stated before. Please don’t ever stop posting.
Haha – how fun! I’m going to have to play it at home for our pups, but the Golden’s aren’t much into vocals. Except for Ramble – he may add a few beeps.
Monty, Harlow and Ramble
We are most impressed with the harmony. Who know you had sopranos and basses and everything between.
When I played this video, Rebel joined in. It was good for him to be able to sing with some other Siberians, thanks for making it possible for him to join in their wonderful choir.
Very impressive! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the Sibernacle Choir rehearsal!!! You Sibes Rock!!!
Every rabbit and squirrel in the area must be long gone!
Mom sez: OMG, I could listen to the “Sibernacle Choir” all day! I miss this, since we lost Ayla. She used to lead the neighbourhood dogs every afternoon, but Ebby’s just learned to BARK at the neighbours cat, through the fence.
The Herd makes such beautiful music! Ice is so deaf now, I don’t know how much he’d be able to hear, but will let Ebby listen to this in the morning (It’s 12:45 a.m. here right now)
