Some days, we don’t really have a story of something unusual that happened. Yesterday, we had the usual security perimeter patrols, wrestling matches, and weird sleeping positions. As Hu-Dad scanned his photos of us, though, he was most struck at how Kiska was just modeling for the camera.
Even while napping in a quiet corner, she turned her charms on as soon as the camera turned her way.
Unfortunately, the photographs stop here. Kiska’s next move was to go to the Hu-Dad for ear scratches. If Hu-Dad is slow in delivering those, she is a master at using her claw to get the appropriate attention.

Wings of Doom
December 12, 2024
A simple nightly routine with my dogs led me to face the wings of doom, a hideous creature that lurks in the shadows of my yard.
hello kiska its dennis the vizsla dog hay nice job wurking the kamra!!! i hope yoo kollekted yore eer skratches as payment for modeling renderd!!! ok bye
Oh, yes, how I wish I looked that gorgeous…you certainly are a beautiful girl, Kiska! And our mixed breed rescue, Noodle, also long haired and loves to be in the spotlight, does just as you do…paws me until I give her the attention she wants. And don’t think I am permitted to stop caressing and stroking and massaging until she says she’s had enough.
I would like to see a pic of the wall/fence on Kiskas right side. Is that your house or a fence? Looks pretty n Husky proof
The one where she is laying down? That is the edge of the covered porch. Normally, you will find the dogs sprawled on the covered porch, but Kiska had decided to nap in front of the porch yesterday.
