How We Help Paint a Room

Last week, we showed you how the hu-dad was using some painter’s tape to prepare a room for painting.  With all of that prep work done, hu-dad decided to take Saturday and get that room painted.  So do you want to see how we help paint a room?

So hu-dad is painting a room inside the house?

But, hu-dad, I still don’t understand how we can help you paint from out here in the yard.

Mom sez: Yes, I can see they were a GREAT help getting that room painted. Much more help than if they’d been IN the house!

I made the mistake of thinking Sam was calm enough to stay with me while I painted a room (lots of ventilation – no worries!). He had an extremely happy moment and wagged his tail against the wall. I never painted over it so I’ve got a little reminder of Sam in that room.

However, Harlow and Monty will never help me paint a room. I imagine a full carpet/flooring replacement would happen out of that one! 😉

Wings of Doom

A simple nightly routine with my dogs led me to face the wings of doom, a hideous creature that lurks in the shadows of my yard.
