One of the curses of being internet celebrities – the hu-dad is always trying to take pictures of us even when it is sleepy time. Qannik is doing his best to model, but he is fading fast.
Of course, I will be glad to be tonight’s model.
Are you done yet? It is getting close to sleepy time.
Look over my shoulder for another model.
Not that Kiska isn’t deep into sleepy time herself.

Wings of Doom

A simple nightly routine with my dogs led me to face the wings of doom, a hideous creature that lurks in the shadows of my yard.

I just love watching dogs fall asleep, or rather trying to stay awake but succumbing.
Mom sez: (Ice is already asleep) Even when they are half asleep, both Qannik and Kiska make wonderful “models”.
I also read about the Thundering Herd every day, though sometimes I just can’t think of what I’d like to day, so don’t say anything, and Ice doesn’t offer much assistance most days. He’s not as “talkative” as our Ayla was. Still missing her SO badly, and of all the “Herd”, Frankie comes closest to being like her.
