What a beautiful, sunny Saturday!
Saturday was about picture perfect – sunny, not a cloud in the sky, and a high of 55F. So, of course, we took off on a walk around the ranch enjoying the weather. Our route took us along the edges of the ski area.
Woo – Skiers. Snowboarders. And, most importantly, snow. Let’s go over there!
For some odd reason, the hu-dad thought thought the best hiking path did not include through the middle of the ski area.
Can we do this again Sunday?
Yes, we will do this again Sunday. Believe it or not, the weather is supposed to be even better on Sunday.

An airplane crash. The plane came to rest upside down. The passengers hung from their seatbelts. And then came the ordinary goodness.
