But this was one of the few moments where it was not raining.
Hope the rest of you had a snowy or sunny Saturday, but we were just plain soggy. We are hoping for a much nicer Sunday.

Horrible Hurricane Helene: Why So Bad for WNC?

Hurricane Helene was a monster storm, but the way it hit Western North Carolina couldn’t have been much worse.

We had a blustery, rainy weekend here, too. Not worth getting out the hiking gear for. *sigh* I’m in envy! I think the girls and I are going to start bundling up and leaving hubby, Blueberry and Kuster home by themselves.
We had a wild windy Saturday… almost as rough as a soggy one…
Hmmm…. a wet walkie sure it was better than a no walkie, right?

Hard to believe but we just had a big thunderstorm with lots of thunder and lightning – not Thunder and Lightning – and lots of wind. It IS January, isn’t it?

wooo just sun sun sun here 🙁 Ive even taken up sunbathing! Whats a sibe to do when the snow seems to have forgotten us this year. Hope it dries up soon for you and you get some more snow.
