Wednesday Walking on Water

Ok, ok, so it is frozen water. Technicalities!

Have no fear.  “They” are saying we should get another 6 inches (15 cm) or so of fresh snow today.  It seems like every day we are getting a least a dusting of snow.

Still technically water.. and you ARE walking on it, rather than through it, like we poor New Yorkers are right now…

    Send some snow over here!

    Cheers,

We hear ya, it has been “blizzarding” all day today. But we live in Alaska. I had no idea you guys got that much snow in NC.

Are you sick of the snow yet? I bet you’re not nearly as excited as you were a few weeks ago.

It just comes naturally, doesn’t it?
We’re expecting 7-9″ of new snow tonight, woo-hoo!

Your dogs look right at home in the snow and I’m sure they love it. Me? Not so much! I’ve been dreaming of spring since late November.

Now I have the walking on sunshine song stuck in my head! How it went from walking on water to walking on sunshine in my mind, I don’t know. You all have fun in all that snow and ice! Try to stay warm!

Our snow is melting daily. We seem to be headed in the wrong direction. Please blow some of that dust our way.

    You guys look so happy!

I have great news… a friend of my Momma’s just rescued a stray, and it’s a Sibe! I can’t wait to go and visit her! She will be my first offline Sibe friend!

Better for you to get the snow than us! We never doubted that Rusty could walk on water for some reason…

  17. HoundDogMom on January 26, 2011 at 6:44 am

We like how you refer to 6 inches of new snow as a light dusting. Fresh snow is always nice because all of ours is like a nice shade of brown, and not from the poop piles. Just warm weather melts and snow and dirt turn to mud. Sniffs, The HoundDogs

Heehee!! You know, we ARE heavenly, so walking on water would make sense!!

Oh, and we were reading back through the older posts and see that the Cheezewiz was reading our blog when the keys were broken! At least he has good taste in reading material! And, Samuel has done the same thing to a couple of our laptops too! Only, mom had to learn how to type on missing keys while she waited for them to be fixed! She was not happy!
