Hints of Change

The skies are clear, humidity is low, and mornings are cool.

And if you look carefully, you can see some hints of color changes.

At the top of Cataloochee Ski, snow machines are set to add to the natural snow fall and workers are preparing for guests.

Better enjoy the fresh grass now, big dog pal, snow will be covering this field soon.

My mum and dad went to the snow yesterday – probably the last weekend of the season for it here. They said they thought of you all!

We envy you the beautiful fall colors you will soon have, not as brilliant here. We thought fall was on its way here but now we have heat, humidity, and more of those ghastly t-storms with tornado threats. Go away, please.

The only hints of change around here are lots of dew on the grass in the morning and the traffic for football games!
    Love,
    Ammy
PS: We didn’t want to say anything on yesterday’s post and wake anypuppy up! 🙂

I know you all are waiting for the snow to come soon!
Here the leaves on the trees go from bright green to dead brown in just a day! Hmmm…
    Happy Saturday!

We started seeing red leaves on the ground here, but so far, not much tree color. Of course, now that we’ve had a hint of autumn, we’re supposed to be back in the eighties next week.

Looks beautiful! Fall is my favorite season – not too hot, not too cold.

It has been pawesome here at night –

Our leaves may not get a chance to go kholourful – they are dropping due to the hot and dry summer

Yesh, things are changing in the weather world. We see trees that have little, bitty golden leaves – a little here and a little there. We smell the scent of Fall in the air and feel the crisp morning air. With Fall around the corner can winter be far away☺
