Saturday Snapshots

Our Saturday was a little warm and muggy, but beautiful.

We wandered down by our favorite tree, which has leafed out well. The hu-dad needs to mow the field though because the grass was tickling our, uh, ears. Ok, it was over our heads.

This feather near the ski resort was the weirdest sight of the day. Either some kids were playing around, it is part of a spell, or a bird landed really, really poorly.

Our hu-dad does want you to notice how he defloofed us with over an hour of brushing. No pictures of that horrific time because we do not want to scare pups.

We love your site. Thanks for the inspiration. The “Herd” is beautiful and it is wonderful that they are rescues!
Turke says we don’t always understand those “snow dogs” but they are awesome.

Your hu-dad did a great job defloofing you, but some of your tails looked a bit like that feather so perhaps the feather was a sign which way you should go. Lovely scenery too.

We don’t live that far away from you…we’re in the Northeast Ga Mtns, 15 minutes from Appalachian Trail…beautiful country!

Loving those floofy tails…ours won’t floof like that no matter how much Mom brushes.

If your hu-Dad would get a carder and a spinning wheel he could spend his spare time spinning your floof into yarn. It makes lovely stuff if its mixed with a nice matching wool. I hope he doesn’t let it go to WASTE!

    Cheers and hugs all around,
    Jo, Stella and Z

Khyra may be right about that feather.

You all look so good, Mom wants to know how your huDad can do all of that in just one hour.

I think the feather was just trying to bekhome an honourary Siberian Plume!

Humans seem to waste so much time defloofing us! You do all look very smart though and that looked like a lovely field. That feather is a little puzzling……

Great field! And good to hear you all survived the defloofing that you Siberians despise so much!
