Fitness Friday

Ok, pups, today we need to focus on exercise.  We pups should get plenty of exercise every day, but it is important that we use the proper form and technique.  What we are about to show is pretty advanced, but we would like to demonstrate.

Starting position

Ending position.

Just remember, we are professionals, so work up to this slowly and do not over exert yourself.

P.S. – Yes, that is fur on the ground.  Lots of it.  While Rusty has been in non-stop molt phase for the last several weeks, Natasha, Kiska and Qannik have all decided  to blow their coats, too, and even Cheesewhiz is starting to fluff up.  The hu-dad says he is about to be buried in fluff.

First, mom thinks everyone needs to stay out in the wilds camping until all coats are summer ready…she still twitches at the amount of white on our red carpet! Second, those are some pretty high order yoga positions that you seem to have mastered. Thanks for cautioning the beginner! Have a great weekend!

Great moves – looks like one got a bit more movement in than the other:) Check out what Mom did to TD today.

Love your moves! I’m shedding like crazy too! Mama is using a loop, a rake and a wire brush….so much fur! xx

  8. Cleo the Grouch Puppy on May 28, 2010 at 7:03 pm

We are molting too!! I’m getting the rake, the wire brush and the loop used almost daily. We need to send our fur to help with the oil spill. xx Keep up the good work…you should come out with an exercise video with those moves. BOL

Burying your dad in fluff might not be so bad… it would leave you to sleep in peace!

R&R isnt that what holidays are about?

I’m so glad you took on an exercise routine. Yesterday, I was pointing at your photos of Q and RR to Mr. WD and noted Q’s pantyloons were fluffier than usual! do they have some junk in their trunk or is it all fur?

Now we know the REAL reason you guys go camping this time of year (get rid of all that fur!)

Can I hire you two to be Kona’s exercise instructor? I’m afraid she may be a challenging student, but you guys are professionals…

Excellent tutorial! We promise to practice diligently.
Moo is our poofer-roo these days. I hold tight to my coat as long as possible.

I like that kind of exercise! Although it’s better in front of the TV with a bag of Fritos.

Glad you guys have built up your stamina! For some reason I hear a song called “The Big Floofy Mountain” in my head…

  22. Stella on May 28, 2010 at 8:19 am

My Mom says this is year round stuff for me. We always have bits and bigger bits of black floof all over! She gets tired of it, but I don’t mind it much.

    Kisses,
    Stella

What we really needed to see were the time lapse photographs in the middle.
