  4. Corgi Country Crew on April 8, 2010 at 8:15 pm

SMART, Smart, SMART, Kiska! Grammy HATES heights and wouldn’t EVEN let us up there, but of course, the higher the better as far as we are concerned. Papa says we all have “little man” syndrome… The CCC

  5. Wild Dingo on April 8, 2010 at 1:03 am

that’s the benefit of being not alpha. you get to chicken out! i’m with Kiska!

  9. The OP Pack on April 7, 2010 at 7:45 pm

So we see the Queen made her point quite well:) If we were there with the Momster, no way would she have let us anywhere near the top – she is a chicken.

  10. Siku Marie, the White Dog on April 7, 2010 at 7:35 pm

Wow! I call that living on the edge. Momma calls it terrifying (she is VERY afraid of heights)!

  11. Bentley on April 7, 2010 at 6:39 pm

Kiska, that’s a long way down. I don’t think human mom would let me get that close to something like that. She’d be worried I’d sniff something interesting…and not pay any attention to the height!

Beautiful view! I guess it’s a Queen thing liking heights, because Layla loves them too, and she thinks quite highly of herself.

  18. Lynn on April 7, 2010 at 12:57 pm

Wonderful post! Great views and beautiful dogs!

I got my phobias mixed up – thought I was gonna see a photo of a spider! LOL

So that’s what Sarah McLachlan meant when she sang “it’s a long way down to the place where you started from”.

  25. Houndstooth on April 7, 2010 at 11:13 am

I love this! It was perfectly narrated! That’s my good morning giggle for today!

BTW, I was supposed to pass along a message. Mr. Taleteller said to wait until it’s all about Rusty! πŸ˜›

  28. KB on April 7, 2010 at 9:49 am

Well, of course, Natasha is the Queen! I think that even K would back off the rock, out of fear that the Queen might knock her off πŸ™‚

  29. jack a-roo & moo too on April 7, 2010 at 9:26 am

Beawootiful view! But Natasha rules! There are reasons that Natasha is Queen….

  30. Life With Dogs on April 7, 2010 at 8:23 am

I’ll lay low with Kiska. I’m the guy who freaks out when people stand too close to the edge of anything. πŸ™‚

  31. Sam on April 7, 2010 at 7:17 am

Based on her expression in the third picture, I think that’s exactly what she’s saying to herself. Natasha must be happy to be on that perch alone, as queen.

  32. MAXDOG on April 7, 2010 at 6:50 am

mmmm….I also got the shivveries! You guys are very brave!
Sending lotsaluv and lotsalicks to you all.
