Dogs Camping

Well, our humans are back at work and we are back at – whatever it is we do all day while they are doing their busy-ness stuff.  You know, guarding the house and other important duties.  It is tough.  But we thought we would share a few memories of last week with you.  Today, a handful of the many, many dogs we saw at the campground.  We do like how many well behaved dogs we meet while traveling in the S-RV.

Don't worry. This was a happy fellow, but the mornings were cool.

One of the two camping across from us. Very polite and well behaved.

On the beach. How many of us can look tough and wear pink?

We enjoyed meeting them all!

Very cool that you got to meet so many new furiends! 🙂

Are your humans missing the warmer weather? It’s a nice 74 degrees here!

Holy six dog pack. My Poppa has forbid my momma to look at any blog with more than 4 dogs – he says it gives her crazy ideas. Have no fear we will sneak back and keep an eye on you all.

It is always fun to make new furiends. That poor pup in the first pic looks so cold. Good think he isn’t here, going to be 12 below tonight. And your human wonders why Mom was telling us to come inside. But we are out now and loving it.

That first black dog looks so cold, I’m sure he wouldn’t mind a pink jacket either!

There is nothing more fun than a vacation with the pooches, Kiva’s been with us all over the country! Looks like you had a pawesome time, can’t wait to see more!

  9. Suka on January 4, 2010 at 7:21 pm

You sure have nice looking friends, and they look like they would be fun to play with.

I think any big dog that wears pink has to be tough, for obvious reasons.

If memory serves, I do believe “Snowflake” of your Herd wears pink and ruffly pink at that! don’t think he looks too tough though. His Pantyloons and button nose are a dead giveaway to his real character…

How fun that there were other dogs there for you to see! It’s nice other humans take their pups along with them.

I bet you are all glad to be home and resting as usual.

How come those other campers only have one or two dogs? That’s so few. You put them to shame.

  17. Sam on January 4, 2010 at 12:53 pm

Is that fuzzy looking Spitzy guy in the second to last picture a Jindo?

Don’t worry about being behind and not seeing the award – my internet connection has been giving me so much trouble lately and I am perpetually behind on blogs. So, I surely can’t fault anyone else for being behind either. When things load at lightning-slow speed, it can kind of put a damper on the whole blogging experience. I hope this’ll be fixed Wednesday when we update our ancient router to a brand new one.

  27. KB on January 4, 2010 at 8:52 am

I love the new header!!!! And, the new layout. You are so ambitious!

I agree that it’s cool to see all the well-behaved dogs when we camp. I think that the people who bother to bring their dogs camping tend to be the responsible ones. …Just a theory…

And, I laughed at the tough guy in pink!

  28. Kira The BeaWoootiful on January 4, 2010 at 8:26 am
