Under the Snow

Natasha says something good is down there.

For those of you concerned that Queen Natasha the Evil is working on an escape from Sibe Quentin, she has a long ways to go here.  That fence is buried 12 inches (30 cm) in the ground in a concrete trench that is 6 inches (15 cm) wide.  Our humans have long since learned to never say never, but they have worked long and hard on the fortress.  It is a Sibe thing.

PeeEssWoo – Thanks so much for all of the comments and votes for the header pictures over the past couple of days.  We want to leave open the voting for a couple of days and will keep you posted on the results.

PeeEssWooTwo – Ok, we had a video for Walking Wednesday that is all edited and ready to go.  But YouTube was being, well, uncooperative.  So look forward to Trotting Thursday (or maybe Trudging Thursday considering how slow the video is loading).

We’re buried at the back where Bonnie, our Jack Russell digs. We have a concrete trench behind our house too. It was a blessing because it was there when we bought here, but we do fill with dirt on occasion. Everytime she goes out she checks her holes. ;o)

Queen Natasha, you go girl! You can do it! I’ve heard humans say if you have faith you can move a mountain, well, I say if you have paws with claws you can dig your way out of anything!

Pshaw! I don’t think she’s trying to escape! She probably just wants to know what it looks like in China!

You are very smart. I hope that Queen Natasha the evil isn’t persistent enough to dig down a foot!

On a funny note, we once put our dogs in a pen that had been designed for a kangaroo (a long story in itself – we worked at a place that housed exotic animals). Believe it or not, our dogs jumped the fence that the kangaroo had never even tried to jump. Those two leaping labs are now deceases but we’ll never forget our amazement on watching their athletic feat!

12″ down, 6″ wide? i donno. seems kinda whimpy to me. Maybe QNtE doesn’t really want to get out. she’s just putting up a rouse.

and i’m waiting on pict decision too! i’m casting again for #4! LOL… can we vote more than once?

pee ess woo: just when i thought my sibe was getting to be good…we came home to a shreded lands end catelog, a shreded verizon bill and a shreded christmas card. she’s right on all 3. lands end is yuck this year, the bill was too high, she didn’t even woo any of her boyfriends long distance, and the card wasn’t for her! can’t blame her for being insulted!

pee ess woo woo: please do not have natasha call juno or pen pal her. i am trying VERY hard to turn her into a good GSD in a sibe suit. QN will just ruin it.

I’m really psyched to see which pic you chose. It’s a big decision – at least for me!
