Forgetful Humans

We took off on another one of those S-RV (Siberian Recreational Vehicle) camping adventures this weekend.  It was sort of a last minute thing, so the humans had to pack quickly  We made sure they remembered us and food for us, but left all of the details to them.

So we are off on our adventure and our hu-dad is taking lots of pictures as normal.  We get to the campsite Friday evening and are all relaxing outside the RV.

Our hu-dad hooks up the camera to the laptop, downloads the pictures, and prepares to do our Saturday morning blog (written the night before, of course).  Suddenly, we hear a sound erupt:

Natasha reacts to the noise, because our hu-dad is using those HBO words.  Whatever could be wrong?

Natasha erupts in laughter as she realizes what our hu-dad has done.  He has carefully packed the laptop, the power cord, the camera, the camera cable – everything you need to keep the blog going on an S-RV adventure.  Except for a vital connection.  Literally a connection.  Like a laptop internet card.  Laying on the desk at the house.

Natasha almost hurt herself laughing so hard.  Anyway, this blog is being posted late because we decided to find a Panera Bread for lunch JUST so we could post (free Wi-Fi).  Isn’t that crazy?

No not crazy (to find the Wifi!)! The Herd’s followers MUST be updated. hmfph! Meanwhile, Wild Dingo doesn’t even post on weekends. The FMD and Sibe are hunting for a good PR firm because they are tired of being under appreciated and under-celebrified.

They always find a reason to laugh at us, don’t they? I loved the photographs. Gives new meaning to rolling on the floor laughing.

I love the rolling and laughing photos. What lucky dogs.

You are a very dedicated blogger! My husband makes me leave my laptop and all other internet connections at home on vacations – and it’s not such a bad thing.

Now that is dedication! Your hu-dad is officially addicted to blogging.

Did you get some chicken noodle soup at Panera?

BOL, I love how Natasha is rolling around laughing at you. 🙂 Panera Bread looks like a yummy place to eat! We don’t have one here.

That’s the only inconvenient thing about being away from home…not being able to post your blog. I am so glad that your Dad found the Panera! I know you all are having a blast!

Perhaps it was all part of an elaborate scheme just to get you out to Panera!

We wondered where you were – we were worried something was wrong. Glad to hear it was something fix-able. And Panera is a great place to be anyway. Enjoy the rest of your trip.

That’s why you guys are supposed to double check the humans. Who cares if they forget a tooth brush or toilet paper, they can’t forget the laptop connections!!!

We were kinda concerned that there wasn’t a post when we got up – (we decided that Qannik thought the laptop was a piece of toast and ate it).

    Hope Natasha didn’t hurt herself!
